Shipping Information

GALAXY GOLD SHIPPING POLICIES

Galaxy Gold Products offers two shipping methods: FedEx Priority/Express and International. All shipments are fully insured for the value of the package and will include signature confirmation unless otherwise indicated in the order notes. Please be aware that all international shipments can only be shipped via FedEx and not USPS. Any international orders placed with USPS Shipping will be cancelled. WE DO NOT SHIP THROUGH UPS.

Order Processing Time
All Orders take at most 2 business days to process before being picked up for shipment. Please make allowances for this processing time when estimating your delivery date.
Priority Mail Orders are the most cost effective shipping method with delivery times between 2-3 days.
Express Mail Orders (expedited or 1-day) received before 2pm (PST) will be shipped on the same business day it is received. If your order is received after 2pm (PST) your order will ship out the following business day. If you have a rush order, please leave an order note or contact us at 877-624-8812. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
APO, AP (Military shipments) are shipped via USPS only and may take up to 15 days to be delivered depending on the destination. Any orders shipping to a military type address will be contacted directly to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Rates
We use Live Rates when calculating your shipping charges based upon delivery from our zip code at 90014. These rates are updated periodically based upon current rates offered by USPS and FedEx. We have several flat rate shipping options to choose from as well.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been picked up by Fedex or USPS for shipment, you will receive an automated email notification confirming shipment along with your tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of your order in transit until it reaches you or your recipient.

Instructions to track your order :
Track Online: Use the link on your email shipment confirmation, which will take you directly to our website. There you can review your order details and track the status of your shipment instantly via Fedex or USPS.
Track by Phone: If you would prefer, please feel free to contact customer service at 1-877-624-8812 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm PST) to assist you in tracking your order.

Lost Packages shipped via USPS
If your package has not been received after 14 days, or has been received without contents, please call us at: 213-624-8812 with your order number, or email us at: sales@galaxygold.com. We will then file a claim on your behalf. After the claim has been approved we will send you an email and offer either a full refund or to reship the package.

International Orders
Shipping via FedEx International
All international orders can only be shipped via FedEx International and NOT USPS.

Any international order placed with USPS shipping selected will be cancelled and the buyer informed to repurchase the item using FedEx International shipping. Galaxy Gold Products will ship worldwide except to Russia and Brazil. All international shipments are fully insured for the value of the package contents, yet the duties and/or import fees are the responsibility of the receiver. The customs office of your country may impose custom fees, import duties, tax, or other charges on your order. These charges vary depending on the country. Galaxy Gold Products Inc. can not provide any estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for details.
For resellers

All orders will be shipped fully insured for the value of the items purchased and will include signature confirmation. Please alert your buyers to have someone available to sign for the package to prevent delays in delivery. If you do not want signature confirmation added to your order, you must indicate so on the order note. Waiving signature confirmation does not reduce the shipping costs. International buyers will be liable for any import duties or taxes for the full amount of the items ordered. You may use the order note section for any special shipping instructions.
