Every piece of Galaxy Gold jewelry is made from solid gold — 10K, 14K, or 18K depending on the product. We never use plated, hollow, or gold-filled materials. Our gemstones are genuine and natural (diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, amethysts, garnets, aquamarines, and more), unless specifically listed as lab-grown. What you see is what you get — real gold, real stones.

Everything is handcrafted in our own factory in the Jewelry District of Downtown Los Angeles, California. We do not outsource any of our manufacturing. Every ring, necklace, bracelet, and pair of earrings is made in-house by our team of skilled jewelers — a tradition spanning three generations since 1985.

How fast do you ship?

We offer free 2-day shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same day, Monday through Saturday. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard products. Items must be unworn and in their original Galaxy Gold packaging. Custom and personalized products (such as custom name necklaces) are final sale and cannot be returned, as they are made to your specifications. How do I choose the right ring size?

We recommend visiting a local jeweler to get professionally sized, or using a printable ring sizer (available online). If you're between sizes, we suggest going up to the next half size for comfort. All of our rings are available in a wide range of sizes. If you need a size that isn't listed, contact us and we can often accommodate custom sizing.

What is the difference between 10K, 14K, and 18K gold?

10K gold contains 41.7% pure gold — it's the most durable and affordable option. 14K gold contains 58.3% pure gold — the most popular choice, offering the best balance of durability, beauty, and value. 18K gold contains 75% pure gold — the richest color and most luxurious feel, but slightly softer. All three are solid gold and will last a lifetime with proper care.

How do I care for my gold jewelry?

Solid gold jewelry is low-maintenance but benefits from occasional cleaning. Soak in warm water with mild dish soap for 15-20 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft toothbrush and pat dry. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or abrasive surfaces. Store pieces individually in a soft cloth or the Galaxy Gold box they arrive in to prevent scratching.

How does the custom name necklace work?

Choose your gold type (10K or 14K), select a font style from our five handwriting options, type in your name (up to 10 characters), and pick your chain length. You'll see a live preview of your name in the selected font and gold color before you add to cart. Each necklace is handcrafted to order in our LA workshop. Custom name necklaces are final sale since they're made specifically for you.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All Galaxy Gold jewelry comes with a complimentary 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If a prong loosens, a clasp breaks, or any component fails under normal wear within 90 days of purchase, we'll repair or replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear on plating (for two-tone pieces). Contact us at sales@galaxygold.com to start a warranty claim.

Can I see the jewelry before buying?

We're an online-first brand, but our products are photographed in high detail from multiple angles so you can see exactly what you're getting. Every product page includes specifications, dimensions, and detailed images. What's the difference between yellow, white, and rose gold?

All three are real solid gold — the color difference comes from the metal alloys mixed with pure gold. Yellow gold is the classic warm tone. White gold has a silver-platinum appearance (alloyed with palladium or nickel). Rose gold has a warm pink hue (alloyed with copper). The gold content (10K, 14K, 18K) is the same across all colors. Choose whichever matches your personal style.
