If a prong loosens, a clasp breaks, or any component fails under normal wear, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. This guarantee does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or jewelry altered by a third party.

Every order ships free via insured 2-day delivery within the continental United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Saturday ship the same day. You'll receive tracking information by email the moment your package leaves our workshop, so you can follow it right to your door.
